On Tuesday, the installation crew completed the replacement of 23 Sunrise double-hung (and one picture) windows in our Western Springs home. Carol and I want to acknowledge what a great job they did on the install, the buckframes, and related woodwork, caulking, and the aluminum trim. Their thorough clean up on completion was also much appreciated. All three were genuinely professional and courteous.

Your salesman also deserves acknowledgement for his courtesy and professionalism. He took the time, and patience to educate us on the options and features of your products. We were impressed with his product knowledge and style.

We are writing this letter top let you know how extremely satisfied we are with the recent replacement window installation on our home. We had shopped around, getting four estimates.  Your estimate was the most expensive either.  From the moment we met with you and your salesman, we were pleased with your professionalism.  You also listened to the way we wanted the windows trimmed or capped on the exterior, and the importance of having weights removed and the old weight pockets insulated.  When we mentioned this to your competitors, they either did not know what we were talking about, or dismissed it as unnecessary.

In regards to the installation, we were extremely impressed by your employees’ professionalism and teamwork.  They immediately set tarps down on all the floors, protecting all areas.

Every window fit perfectly.  We had heard horror stories about other windows companies ordering the wrong window size and trying to make the windows fit by enlarging the opening or adding pieces of wood to make the opening smaller.  This was not the case with your company; we were amazed at the conscientious detail making certain the windows fit level and plumb.  Each window operated perfectly when the job was finished.

We noticed the positive difference these new windows made to our living areas.  We do not hear the snowplows on the street after a snowfall.

Dilworth Windows was definitely a tremendous choice.  We couldn’t be happier.  It was an awesome job all-around and we will highly recommend your company

The other companies we received quoted from were not direct and wasted much of our time. When you quoted us the price was fair right from the start. We were happy to sign the deal the same day.

We love our new Sunrise, all 14 of them, windows. We have been able to turn our heat down 2 or 3 degrees every day since (and it’s still winter!)!

The installation crew was great! They arrived early – which made us very happy. The first thing did was to come in and put protective cloths down on all the carpeting and flooring where they were putting in the windows. Upon completion of the installation they picked up anything left outdoors and vacuumed inside the house.

We hope Dilworth Windows gets more jobs through our recommendation and that that Jerry is in business for many more years. It was the nicest remodel project we ever did. We are sure enjoying our new Sunrise Windows!
